You can initiate a return by clicking the "Return" button on the My Orders page.
We accept returns within 7 to 15 days of delivery (depending on the product category).
Ensure the packaging is intact, exactly as it was delivered.
Hygiene Concerns: We do not accept returns for products like boxer shorts or items sold in flash sales.
We usually arrange a pick-up within 2-4 working days of your request. If pick-up is unavailable in your area, you can self-ship via Speed Post.
How will I get my Refund?
Once picked up and passed the quality check, your refund will be initiated within 12-15 working days.
Refund Timelines:
Wallet: Within a few minutes.
NEFT: 5 to 7 working days.
Payment Gateway: 5 to 7 working days (excluding holidays).
Exchange Policy
We currently do not have an exchange policy. If you wish to change a product, please place a return request and order the new item separately.
Missing Return Button?
If your order was recently delivered, please allow 12-24 hours for the system to update. The return button will appear once the tracking status is marked as "Delivered".
